Case study – ZIP

The product:

ZIP is an online application that allows its users to save outfit styles based off the users preference of colour, style and mood.

How to organize outfit styles based off personal customization

The goal:

To create a user friendly platform that users can use daily to find their inspiration

My role:

Lead UI/UX Designer

Research (competitor analysis)

Wirefraiming (both lo-fi and hi-fi)

Final delivery of prototype and assets

I conducted a few interviews with a few potential users and close friends who gave me feedback on the potential key features that they would use everyday in a fashion related app. I discovered that a lot of the users want an easy way to save their inspiration whilst also being able to re-order the saved outfits at one click away.

The process was to carefully outline all the possibilities the users could search and filter by, while also organizing the main user experience together
